EMS training
DESCRIPTION
Session Length: 20 minutes
Experience full-body muscle activation using the industry-leading Miha Bodytec® II system. EMS training uses targeted electrical impulses to activate up to 90% of your muscle fibers while you perform guided, simple low-impact movements—delivering a complete, high-intensity workout in just 20 minutes with minimal impact on your joints.
Why EMS Training?
